About the function
Our colleagues in the office are in daily contact (mainly via e-mail) with customers and suppliers all over the world. The usual working language is therefore English (both spoken and written). With seven colleagues in our office we work closely together with our customers and our other colleagues (warehouse and assembly location).
For the accurate registration of all administrative processes surrounding the sales process, we are looking for additional reinforcement so we can continue to offer our customers a perfect service.
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Processing quote requests via e-mail from mainly foreign customers (enter, offer and follow up).
- Processing orders via e-mail or customer portals of mainly foreign customers (input, confirmation and monitoring).
- Maintaining customer relations and assisting in their expansion.
- Jointly responsible for the daily operational organization in the field of sales (handling questions from customers and colleagues).
- Cooperating with the warehouse regarding the logistical process.
- Further setting up and monitoring an efficient process flow and supervising the processes set up and agreements made with customers.
Your profile
- HBO education and thinking level.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer friendly and commercial attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing, German/French/Italian is an advantage.
