QUALITY, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL (QHSE) POLICY

The Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policy of NewDealSeals is aimed at creating an optimal working environment for people and the planet. This is achieved by safeguarding the quality of our activities, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, and protecting the environment, flora, and fauna. A key principle is to prioritize the prevention of personal injury and material or environmental damage during our operations. We expect employees to remain vigilant and to address unsafe working methods or situations with one another. This includes ensuring care for third parties.

NewDealSeals complies with applicable laws and regulations and actively monitors developments that affect its operations. This enables early anticipation of future regulatory changes. The company also strives for continuous improvement of its business processes. Performance in the areas of quality, safety, and environment is continually elevated to a higher standard.

By setting a strategy and objectives, continuous attention is given to improvement. QHSE objectives are documented in the management report and the accompanying environmental aspects register. These apply to all activities carried out by NewDealSeals. NewDealSeals holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications as the foundation for executing activities in accordance with these standards.

At NewDealSeals, we do not consider QHSE as a trend, but as a means of enabling people, equipment, and the environment to work together in a responsible and respectful manner. By identifying and structuring matters in advance, surprises during and after execution are prevented. Employees are selected based on professional competence and are instructed about the content of their roles. Employee knowledge is maintained and enhanced through training and education. Where necessary, financial 
resources are allocated for the improvement of QHSE management.

NewDealSeals takes the necessary measures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that all customer expectations, legal, and other requirements are met. This is supported by continuous improvement in safe, healthy, and environmentally conscious working practices, customer satisfaction inquiries, and the monitoring of new laws and regulations that may present risks to service performance.
The QHSE policy is established for a period of three years and will be revised as needed. The objectives are elaborated annually and included in an annual plan. The assessment of the implementation of this plan also serves as the management review of the effectiveness of the QHSE system and is documented in the annual report.

The QHSE policy and objectives are communicated throughout the entire organization and to any companies and individuals engaged by NewDealSeals and are updated regularly.
